“The Care Revolution” tells the inspiring story of home health care organizing in the state of Oregon.  Grounded in extensive interviews with workers, the film explains how union representation has transformed the lives of caregivers and improved the quality of care for the people they serve.

“The Care Revolution” is especially timely given the rising number of people who are likely to be served by in-home caregivers as the U. S. population ages.   The organizing of Oregon’s caregivers also ranks as a major union success story during hard political times.
